Nintendo DS Lite G-pak Organizer Coral Pink

nintendo-ds-lite-g-pak-organizer-coral-pink.jpgExactly what we needed
We bought one of these in black and one in pink. The black one was for our 11 year old… who received his DS at Christmas and 3 months later its scratched, the stylus’ are lost and “stuff” is stuffed down the whole where the stylus should go. :( That said, we bought this case to teach him to take better care of the DS. The pink one is for my 6 yr old who still has her DS in near mint condition.

It is easy to organize your games and accessories… lots of room left after the ds is in it, room for more games than my kids will ever own. There is a spot to put a nametag so they don’t get mixed up. It has a shoulder strap but doesn’t look like a purse for my older boy. My daughter has no problem getting the games in and out of their slots, which after reading reviews on a lot of the cases out there concerned me. She couldn’t get the game in and out of the cases they were sold in, so this really helped us in that area.

These cases solved all my problems I was having … hte boy who took horrible care of his expensive gift and the girl who couldn’t get the games in and out on her own. :) I would definately recommend this case!

Nintendo DS Lite Stylus 2-Pack

nintendo-ds-lite-stylus-2-pack.jpg2 more than i had before
I lost the previous stylus i had so i came here and i was able to get 2 of them for a really good price. The stylus are bigger than the one i had which is a good thing. Because i never could find that thing unless i attached it to my DS. So this is an excellent buy and worth the price paid for them. Thanks, Nintendo/Amazon.

Can never have too many
What can I say, we have a five-year old who LOVES her DS but cannot be bothered with trivial details like storing the stylus IN THE VERY GAME SYSTEM SHE IS PLAYING! LOL! These are worth the price so you do not end up using something not meant for the Nintendo DS touchscreen that might scratch or ruin it and possibly void the warranty.

Nintendo DS Lite Pro Point Pack

nintendo-ds-lite-pro-point-pack.jpgBuy for the leash!
I have been playing the DS for nearly a year now, and have experimented with various ways to attatch the stylus to the game, but it was not until a friend in Animal Crossing Community told me about this set that I found the best leash. While the stylii are pretty, nice to hold, do reduce fatigue, the tips don’t seem to glide as well as the ‘real deal’ made by Nintendo itself, so I reluctantly put my two light up stylii away. But *nothing* comes between me and the little coil leash that comes with this set! I feel it is worth the expense of the set just to get the leash. Currently,I have on my new DS lite a Nintendo wrist strap, and the little coil from this set…the strap that comes with the stylii is longer than I care for, so I just removed it and attatched it to my Nintendo strap. Clipping the stylus to it is kind of a problem, but with a bit of ribbon slipped through the slot at the top of the stylus, and clipping the lobster claw clasp to it works just fine.

So, if you have trouble with losing or dropping the stylus, this is the best answer I have found.

Nintendo DS/DS Lite Action Replay

nintendo-ds-ds-lite-action-replay.jpgIts what you were probably looking for
If you’re lookijng for this product, you were probably looking for it. The Action Replay changes codes inside of the game to change elements of the game, and “flip the rules in your favor.”

If you’ve ever owned another action replay, possibly the GBA one, you’ll realize this is very different, possibly in a good way. There is no more fiddling with typing in the codes over the DS, all you must do is plug the whole thing into the computer by USB port, and copy and paste the code into the Action Replay.

If you’ve ever owned an AR, you’ll want this one too, probably. If you’re hearing about this product for the first time, be warned, this isn’t for the casual gamer, NOT because it being too complicated, but because it may ruin your experience with some games, such as eliminating the challenge. Many people use them for things such as getting the pokemon it is impossible to get in the pokemon games.

I’ve never experienced this product destroying the game, like some people say.

Nintendo DS Titanium

nintendo-ds-titanium.jpgGET THE DS LITE
There is a differance between DS and DS Lite. Except that the DS Lite screen is brighter and has 4 settings of brightness. The original has one setting of brightness and not as bright as the Lites. Not even the lowest setting of the brightness in the DS Lite is brighter than the original DS.
The DS lite is much more smaller and much more comfortable to hold than the original. The original has a pretty bad desighn. The lites has and awsome desighn.

Animal Crossing: Wild World

animal-crossing-wild-world.jpgAnimal crossing DS game
most fought over game with my children. They all love it and spend hours play between several games

nice laid back game
I fell in love with Animal Crossing on the Gamecube, so this was a natural buy for me when I had heard it was released. Honestly….It’s one of the most faithful sequels that I’ve experienced in quite a while; all the gameplay made it over to the DS without much of a loss in graphic quality, and all the chores and tasks are still fun.

One of the things I liked most about the first game was going around and talking to all of my villages’ friends. They’re so cute, and the noises they make when speaking are adorable. Also, writing letters is fun, and I’ve written myself several “future” letters to myself, which I later opened and had a good chuckle over.

The only “bad” thing about this game might be that when I first got it, I played the heck out of it, and kind of got burned out, put it down, and didnt pick it up again for several months. But when I did, alot of my townsfolk had up and moved away, and the ones that had stayed were really upset that i hadn’t visited in a while. Also, weeds had overun my town, and it took me forever to pull them all out.

The game runs in real time, which means that even when you arent playing, time passes in the game. Kind of a neat concept.

If you want a relaxing game of writing letters to people, talking to villagers, running errands, and building up and paying off your house, this is something you might enjoy.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

apollo-justice-ace-attorney.jpgA Great Start
I haven’t finished yet, but Apollo Justice stands up to everything that Phoenix Wright was before him. Quirk characters as well as surprising turns in the trials is just as prevelant as it was in the original three. Although the characters from the originals aren’t in there (or most of them anyway), Apollo has a lot of new characters to offer that are just as entertaining. Don’t be fooled though, Phoenix is still in the game, but in a decidedly different role. The gameplay is very similiar to Phoenix’s games while also introducing some features that only a DS could bring to life, such as examining the evidence from all sides, as was introduced in the fifth case of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Rise from the Ashes. The features didn’t follow through to any other game until now).

Although my favorite characters from the original three aren’t involved, Apollo Justice is a lot better than I thought it would be, and I would be extrememly happy to see another come out as a sequel to this game.
